Postage Rates
Orders $75+ are posted free of charge to anywhere in Australia (Regular post not Express post). Orders under $75 incur a $9 fee for parcel postage to anywhere in Australia. Express post is available and will be calculated in checkout based on the size of your order – prices start from $13.Click & collect store pickup is free.

Despatch of Your Order
A 'shipping' email will be sent once your order has been despatched from our stores. It is too late to contact us with change of address details after you have received this email. If you have not received this email, your order is still being processed.In Stock at Robinsons Bookshop
Items that are in stock at Robinsons Bookshop will state that they are ‘in stock’. These items will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Occasionally stock runs out before the website is updated and you will be notified if you have been affected. Please note that if your order is placed during a "sale" period, despatch time for 'in stock' items can be delayed due to increased volume of orders.Items Not In Stock at Robinsons Bookshop
Items that have a NOT in stock message on the product information page of the individual title will need to be ordered by Robinson’s from the supplier - or occasionally the item may be out of print/no longer available.Items that are in stock at major Australian Publishers and Distributors generally arrive at our store within 4 to 7 days. Items that are in stock at smaller Australian suppliers will deliver within 7 to 14 days. Items that are in stock at our USA suppliers take from 7 to 16 days to arrive. If items are not readily available then our Order Processing Team will endeavor to contact you to discuss the time frame for these items. Whilst we endeavour to keep our inventory as up to date as possible, there may be the occasional item listed that has recently gone out of print or that the publisher has decided to withdraw from sale, or cancel (in the case of new releases). If you order one of these items you will be advised and a refund will be given. Items that are Not Yet Published will be ordered automatically and shipped upon receipt from the distributor.

Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at ROBINSONS BOOKSHOP. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.Returns Process
