How does it work?
Robinsons Bookshop is proud to offer a loyalty program rewarding customers who shop with us. Members accrue a 5 cent rebate for every dollar spent on full priced books. So for every $20 members spend on full priced books they receive a $1 rebate. Points are automatically activated and can be used on the next purchase in-store once $10 has accrued in points. Points are not awarded during our sales or if you receive another form of discount (eg. Seniors discount). We award loyalty points as we process orders. This means members can accrue loyalty points with their online purchases, the same as if they were purchasing in-store.How do I redeem points?
Points automatically activate on our registers when points reach $10 in value. Unfortunately our computer system does not have the capability to redeem points for online purchases. If you can’t make it into one of our stores – please phone us on 03 9783 6488 and we can process your order and award your loyalty points over the telephone. You can use our live inventory to browse for the books you would like and check if they are in stock.Are there other rules?
Please note that only the loyalty club member can redeem their loyalty points. Points are not transferable to other members. Points can only be redeemed as a credit towards purchases at Robinsons Bookshop and are not redeemable for cash or credits of any other kind.How do I start accruing points?
You can sign up to our loyalty program in-store at Robinsons Bookshop. Loyalty points are accrued at, and can be redeemed at, any Robinsons store.Do points expire?
No, provided you make a purchase at least once every 6 months to retain your points.
